Privacy
What the app does with your data, in plain words.
What you give us. An email address to sign in, and the chats you choose to import. We never ask for a dating-app password and we never connect to any account of yours.
How a chat is read. The messages are sent to Anthropic’s Claude models to be read and are not used to train those models. Nothing about you is sent besides the messages and the names in the export.
How it is stored. Message text, reports and safety notes are encrypted before they reach the database. Once a report is written, the raw chat is deleted unless you have turned on “keep the raw chat” in Settings. Reports keep only the lines they quote.
What we count without reading. To show how common a pattern is, we keep which signals appeared in each finished report and how often, with no text and no account attached. Nothing in that count can be traced back to you.
Deleting. Delete a case, or delete everything, from inside the app. Both take effect immediately and remove every quote, report, note and your account.
When a report is paused. If a chat contains threats, the report is not written and the case goes to a person on our team for review. They see the flagged passages and nothing else.
Payments. If you subscribe, Stripe handles the card. We never see the number.
